To receive a refund within 30-days of your delivery, less shipping & handling, please access our self-service Help Desk for immediate assistance at help.relaxium.com or contact our Customer Care at 888-353-1205 during business hours, to acquire an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that has to be included in your return package -- this will ensure your return gets credited to the correct account. Be sure to include your RMA number along with your name, address & phone number inside the package with your return/product and send to:

All returned bottles must be unopened (minus your one trial bottle). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once the return has been processed, allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your initial method of payment. We strongly recommend that you keep the RMA and return package tracking number provided to you until your refund has been posted to your account.
